The company processes a wide range of thermoplastic materials which includes:

• Acrylic
• Nylon (including glass filled)
• Polycarbonate
• Polyethylene (HD, MD & LD)

• Styrene (high impact and crystal)

We also conduct post mould finishing activities such as ultra-sonic welding, chrome plating, foil blocking, brass insert placement and 'value added' assembly work.

We have in-house computer aided design facilities and a tool room for prototyping and repairs. We work closely with a number of specialist mould makers and take responsibility for delivery of your project's mould.
